1. Acceptance of Terms

Each User is permitted only one account. 3. Deposits, Withdrawals, and Payment Processing

1apiso accepts deposits via various payment methods including GCash, Maya (formerly PayMaya), bank transfers through BPI, BDO, UnionBank, Metrobank, and other authorized Philippine financial institutions, as well as cryptocurrency transactions through USDT TRC20 and other supported digital currencies. All deposits are processed in Philippine Pesos (PHP) unless otherwise specified for cryptocurrency transactions. The minimum deposit amount is PHP 100 unless otherwise stated for specific payment methods.

You represent and warrant that all funds deposited to your 1apiso account are legally obtained and rightfully owned by you. 1apiso reserves the right to conduct anti-money laundering checks and may request source of funds documentation before processing deposits or withdrawals. Deposits made using stolen payment methods, fraudulent instruments, or funds obtained through illegal activities will result in immediate account termination and referral to appropriate law enforcement authorities.

3.2 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are processed in accordance with our standard procedures, typically within 2-4 hours for GCash or Maya withdrawals and within 24 hours for bank transfers during business days. All withdrawal requests are subject to identity verification and may be delayed or denied if proper documentation has not been provided. 3.3 Fees and Charges

Only one bonus may be active per User at any given time unless explicitly stated otherwise. Players must complete wagering requirements of active bonuses before requesting withdrawals or activating new bonuses. Failure to meet wagering requirements within specified timeframes results in forfeiture of bonus funds and any winnings derived from those funds.

6. Intellectual Property Rights

All content, software, graphics, logos, trademarks, service marks, trade names, and other intellectual property displayed on the 1apiso Platform are the exclusive property of 1apiso or its licensors and are protected by Philippine and international copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws. 7. Limitation of Liability and Disclaimers

The 1apiso Services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. 1apiso does not warrant that the Services will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or free from viruses or other harmful components.

To the maximum extent permitted by Philippine law, 1apiso shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or related to your use of the Services, including but not limited to loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill, even if 1apiso has been advised of the possibility of such damages. In no event shall 1apiso's total liability to you for all claims exceed the amount you have deposited in your account during the six months preceding the claim.

1apiso is not responsible for losses resulting from unauthorized account access due to User negligence, internet connection failures, device malfunctions, or any other circumstances beyond our reasonable control. Users are solely responsible for maintaining the security of their devices and account credentials.

8. Account Suspension and Termination

1apiso reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or terminate any User account at any time, with or without notice, for any reason including but not limited to:

• Violation of these Terms and Conditions
• Provision of false or misleading information during registration
• Fraudulent activity or suspected money laundering
• Abusive behavior toward other Users or staff
• Failure to provide requested verification documents
• Prolonged account inactivity (more than 12 months)
• Court orders or regulatory directives

Upon account termination, any remaining balance in your account will be returned to you after deducting any outstanding obligations, provided the funds were obtained legitimately and no Terms violations occurred. Funds obtained through fraudulent means or Terms violations will be forfeited. Users may voluntarily close their accounts at any time by contacting customer support.

9. Dispute Resolution and Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any disputes arising from or relating to these Terms or your use of the 1apiso Services shall first be addressed through good faith negotiations between the parties. 10. Miscellaneous Provisions

You may not assign or transfer your rights or obligations under these Terms without prior written consent from 1apiso. 1apiso may assign or transfer its rights and obligations without restriction.

10.3 Entire Agreement
